Vibration and Acoustic Consulting AB, VAC, is a startup company that has a mission to raise engineering consulting to the next level. We produce Vibroacoustic and mechanical engineering cloud based applications! The process of the development starts with the design and moves on to the end of the coding implementation phase. In addition, we offer traditional in-house consulting services worldwide.
We work mainly in the following Vibroacoustic fields:

The company founded officially in 2017 by Sam Moradi who holds a Master of Sound And Vibration from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) University. Since 2011, Sam has been active in the Vibroacoustic markets that range from car manufacturing, environmental acoustic consulting firms to heavy machinery industries particularly in CBM (Condition Based Maintenance). Additionally, Sam has been working in computer programming since 2005.

We provide solutions to your vibration and acoustic industrial challenges for a range of categories from vehicle manufacturing, environmental acoustic consulting to industrial heavy machinery. We specialize in rotary machinery in particular, reliability of condition monitoring focused on condition based maintenance. Once we have your requirements, our process, done entirely in-house, begins with the design, moves to the implementation phase and culminates with the fulfilled customer request.

Measurement and Analysis
We perform measurements and provide comprehensive analyses based on your specifications, if there are any; otherwise, we provide custom specifications.

All the project reports are delivered online. For complex reports (a report that includes a software application), the results can be exported in different traditional business formats ( such as MS excel)
Efficency
Our services are cost effective as the result of in-house assets such as, knowledge in Vibroacoustic field, and modular programming design for applications. We use RCA (Root Cause Analysis) techniques to identify the source problem(s) to improve efficiency.

We launched our first web app product to estimate SPL (Sound Pressure Level) from tunnel explosions. The app is user-friendly; draw the path, set the properties, make your model online, run the analysis and see the result in a web animation clip. You can export the results in an Excel format.
